Under which jurisdiction will my claim be brought?
All Europe jurisdiction for the UK courts for road accident claimants domiciled in the UK.
Your claim will be brought within the jurisdiction of your domicile (see earlier FAQ's).
So if you are domiciled in England and Wales it will be the English courts.
If you are domiciled in Scotland it will be the Scottish courts. If you are domiciled in Northern Ireland your claim will be brought in the Northern Irish courts.
