Overseas national has a road accident in the UK: what are the advantages of bringing the claim in Britain?

I am an overseas national and while travelling in the UK recently a car ran into the back of me at a traffic lights causing whiplash. Are you able to deal with claims in the UK for foreign nationals or do you only deal with British people travelling in Europe?

As an overseas national you are entitled to choose whether to bring the claim in your own country of domicile or alternatively where the accident happened namely in the UK.

We can pursue a claim for you. Compensation in the UK is amongst the highest in Europe. Only France and Germany will award similar amounts but claims made in the UK are generally settled quicker.

We would expect to conclude a claim of this type within 6 to 8 months and would expect damages of between £3000- £10,000 depending upon severity.
