Is it totally free? How does no-win-no-fee work?

For all personal injury cases the service is totally free with 100% of your compensation claim paid to you and no charges or fees, win or lose.

Personal Injuries

No win no fee agreements are now firmly established in English courts. There are clear guidelines and in many road traffic cases a fixed scale of charges have been agreed.

No win no fee often attracted bad publicity from companies that offered no win no fee but took some of your compensation if you won. Europeaccident.co.uk guarantees you will keep 100% of your compensation claim award.

Our costs are recovered from the other party at no expense to you. We prefer to call it Win Win No Fee

You will never incur any costs or hidden charges, and the only circumstances in which you could be asked for any payment are if you fail to co-operate with your claim or are dishonest.

Damages only

For claims over £5000 there will be no charge. For lower value claims we can operate a fixed fee scheme. You will never incur charges without your knowledge and approval.
