I suffered whiplash from a car accident in France. The French driver has accepted liability, can I submit an injury claim. I saw a doctor a couple of days after returning from France.
Provided you have the vehicle registration number and you are a UK resident you can claim in the UK.
You are entitled under the 5th European Motoring directive to pursue your claim here with a UK solicitor and at UK compensation levels.
If you need a replacement vehicle or repairs dealt with these can also be claimed in the UK.
I have asked our First Response team to call you, or you can call them on 0800 037 1066.
